For more than six decades, LIPSE has remained committed to protecting the rights, dignity, and livelihoods of our members — and that mission continues today with renewed strength and focus.

It has been the privilege and honor of my life to represent this union for the past 21 years. Every day, I am reminded that our greatest strength is not found in any single leader, but in the collective unity of our membership. Together, we work tirelessly to secure stronger contracts, fair wages, improved working conditions, and a better quality of life for every member and their family.
